There will be screenings for vision, scoliosis and physical assessments conducted by the county health nurse on Sept 21-22. Please see the following document for information on what grades will be screened, the HIPAA agreement, or to opt out of these services. If agree to your child's participation, no action or signature is necessary. This will include students in - Pre K, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 8th, & 9th.
